Can I buy a home in Virginia without U.S. citizenship?

Yes. Non-citizens, including green card holders, H-1B, L-1, and even non-resident foreign nationals, can purchase property in Virginia. Mortgage options vary by visa status, but Tanveer works with lenders experienced in all these scenarios. Many families in NoVA have purchased homes while on work visas.

Less than most people think. FHA loans require just 3.5% down. Conventional loans can be as low as 3–5%. VA loans for eligible military require 0%.
